Essential qualifications: Candidate should be a Ph.D. in Life Science or allied fields with MBA, must have at least five years of relevant experience in research/incubation/business development/product designing or master’s degree with management/professional experience of 8-10 yrs in incubating technologies related to biotech, medical / pharmacy, agriculture, food & Nutraceuticals etc.
Desired requirements: Experiences of managing projects and leadership abilities for accelerating the technological progress in finalizing the product development and facilitating the products business plan & development. To act as interface with industries and academic institutions for incubatees.
2. Incubation Manager
Salary maximum up to Rs 50,000/- p.m. (Consolidated)
Applications are invited for the role of Incubation Manager for our bio-incubator “BIRAC’s Bio-Nest” at SRISTI Innovations, Ahmedabad. The Incubation manager will be responsible for managing the activities of the incubator such as seminars/workshops/presentations, development of progress reports/proposals, collaboration with industries/govt., helping incubatees to arrange seed funds/fabrication/IP management etc. The candidate needs to have outstanding organizational skills and should have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities.
Essential requirements: MBA along with 2-3 years research experience in biotech, pharmacy or medical device sector. Or masters in fields of pharmacy, biotech, or biomedical engineering along with 2-3 years of experience in incubation/entrepreneurship/business development.

3. Business Development Executive
The business development executive will be responsible for identifying new leads for marketing and incubation support. He should be well versed in writing/drafting progress report/business proposal; organizing industrial/govt. collaboration, training for incubates; arrangement of seed grant etc. The candidate needs to have outstanding organisational skills and demonstrated leadership qualities.
Must be an MBA with 3 years of experience, in the fields of biotech, pharmacy or medical device.
