General Instructions:
1. The upper age limit is 28 years for JRF as on 20.06.2018. The age limit may be relaxed up
to 5 years, as in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.
2. Candidates appearing for the walk-in-interview required to register at 09:00 AM on 20th
June 2018 at Andaman & Nicobar Regional Centre, Zoological Survey of India, Haddo,
Port Blair - 744 102, A & N islands. Candidates should bring the duly filled-in applications
with attested true copies of testimonials of qualifications, experience, date of birth etc.
along with copies of mark sheets of all examinations. All original documents should be
produced at the time of registration.
3. The offer of appointment to the candidates will be on purely contractual basis for period of
one year initially and it may be extended for further period(s) based on satisfactory
performance of the candidate.
4. The selected candidate need to join immediately or at a short notice
5. No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates for appearing for the interview.

7. The Director, Zoological Survey of India reserves the right to reject any candidature in view
of incomplete information provided by the candidate or for any other reason.
