3. Group/ Division Biodiversity and Palaeobiology (Lichens) Group.
4. Qualifications Essential:
(I) 1
st class M. Sc. in Life Science, Botany, Bioinformatics,
Environmental Science, Knowledge of software programmes in
managing information in database; experience of data entry work
with efficiency and high level of accuracy experience in handling
digital images (image capturing and processing).
(II) UGC / CSIR / NET / GATE etc. qualified.
Desirable:
Working with digital images, familiarity with DSLR camera, herbarium
techniques, curation with scientific information of a herbarium specimens.
5. Monthly stipend Rs.25,000/- + HRA.
6. Age limit
(as on date of interview)
28 years, relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST, Women, Physically handicapped
candidates & 3 years for OBC candidates.
