About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze NGS datasets - Transcriptomics, ChIP-seq, etc.
2. Write scripts for integrating multiple omics datasets
3. Work on public dataset curation, QC, processing, etc.
