Eligible candidates are invited to attend WALK-IN INTERVIEW on 7 th August 2019 for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), sanctioned under project entitled “Development of multiplex recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) based diagnostic test for invasive fungal infection"” under Dr. Vinaykumar Hallur, Asst Professor, Dept of Microbiology. The essential qualifications, experience, consolidated salary and service tenure are as under: 

Junior Research Fellow 

Essential educational qualification: Post graduate degree in basic science (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or related branches) with NET qualification, graduate degree in professional course with NET Qualification or postgraduate degree in professional course. 

Desirable: With CSIR-UGC NET Fellowship/ ICMR-JRF/ DBT-JRF/ NET Lectureship/GATE. 

Desirable experience: Experience in handling human tissue, Real time PCR, Bioinformatics, microbiology, mycology techniques & quality control. 

Tenure of the post 3 years or termination of the project (Subject to extension on basis of performance evaluation)
