A walk-in-Interview will be held on 13/09/2019 at 10.00 a.m. in the Department of Molecular Biology and
Biotechnology, Tezpur University for One (01) temporary position of Junior Research Fellow for the DST-SERB
sponsored project entitled “Studies on Exosomal lipidomics and Micro RNAs and their clinical utility in the
management of metastatic and multiple drug resistant breast cancer” under the Principal Investigator Prof. A.M.
Ramteke, Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Tezpur University, Napaam, Assam.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Molecular
Biology/Zoology/life Sciences or allied sciences.
Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month for NET qualified
candidate and Rs. 14,000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand) only plus HRA as admissible per month for non-NET
candidates.
Duration: Appointment will be initially for a period of three (03) months which may be extended further depending
upon satisfactory performance of the incumbent and co-terminus with the project.
Age: Candidate shall not be more than 28 years of age as on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed
as per the Government of India Rules.
Interested candidates may appear before the interview board with original and self-attested photocopies of mark
sheets, certificates from 10th standard onwards, testimonials, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate
(if any), certificate of NET or similar examinations, any other testimonials and a copy of recent signed Curriculum
Vitae (CV) on the day of interview.
N.B.
(1) No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
(2) Those in employment or doing Ph.D. must submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the concerned employer
/ Ph.D. Supervisor.
