Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistantship in DST-SERB sponsored project
Project title : Structure determination and analysis of native, hybrid, mutant mycobacterial RecA and cy-di-AMP complexes to develop novel allosteric inhibitors against Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Background: Both projects in my Lab are related to Designing and Developing Drugs against Drug Resistant TB - which is currently the biggest task and focus area of WHO.

Project Deals with : Insilico Drug Designing (Structural Bioinformatics) and Xray Crystallography (from Cloning, Expression, Purification, Crystallization Setups and Structure Solution of RecA proteins.)

Fellowship : Rs. 15,000/- per month
Qualification : M.Sc / M.Tech.(Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Bioinformatics)
Preference : Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Protein Purification and or structure based drug designing.
