Experience 0 - 2 years

Qualification MSc/ B.Tech/ M.Tech Biotechnology / Computational Genomics/Computational Biology/ Bioinformatics/ Genetics and Plant Breeding with NET/GATE qualification

Skills

1. Procedure and analyze sequencing data from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms using high-throughput genotyping / sequencing data
2. Utilize an Assortment of bioinformatics tools to analyse and manipulate sequencing data
3. Conducting analyses, interpreting findings, and compiling of results and writing reports
4. Any other work assigned by the supervisor
