Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up of one position each of Junior
Research Fellow and Junior Project Fellow in the NMHS-PMU GBPIHED funded project entitled
“Development of site specific and appropriate crop/enterprise based models suitable for
different agro-eco situations of Kashmir”. The positions are temporary and co-terminus with
the completion of research project. The selected candidate has to work in rural areas of Gurez,
Bandipora, Anantnag, Baramulla, Kulgam and other districts of Kashmir and Ladakh (UT). The
appointees shall have no claim for absorption in SKUAST K.
Junior
Research
Fellow (JRF)
M.Sc. Agronomy, Soil Science,
Microbiology and
Environmental Sciences with
NET.
Rs. 31,000/- + HRA @ 16% per
month for first two years and
Rs.35,000/-+ HRA @ 16% per
month for third year.
Junior
Project
Fellow (JPF)
M.Sc. Agronomy, Soil Science,
Microbiology and
Environmental Sciences.
Rs. 20,000/- + HRA @ 8% or
Rs.1,800/- minimum per month
for first two years and Rs.23,000/-
+ HRA @ 8% for third year.
The interested candidates may submit their applications along with the supporting documents
in the office chamber of undersigned up to July 22, 2020. The interview of the eligible candidates
shall be held on July 25, 2020 at 11 am in the office Chamber of Prof. & Head Division of
Environmental Sciences, Shalimar Campus Srinagar, SKUAST-K. In case July 25, 2020 happens to
be off day/strike/holiday, the interview shall be conducted on the next working day. No TA/DA shall
be paid for attending the interview.
