Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of 01 Senior Research
Fellow (SRF) in the AICRP Project entitled “Nutritional and Physiological Interventions
for Enhancing Reproductive Performance in Animals” funded by ICAR, subject to terms
and conditions in force in ICAR/IVRI for such engagements. The engagement is purely on
temporary/contractual basis, co-terminus with termination of the project or earlier without
assigning any reasons thereof. The date of project completion is March 2021 and likely to be
extended up to March 2025.
Interested candidates may send their application as per the enclosed format in advance to
Dr. Narayan Dutta, Principal Scientist & Principal Investigator, AICRP Project, Division
of Animal Nutrition, ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar-243
122 (UP) and attend the walk-in-interview along with original certificates on 19/08/2020 at
11.00 AM in Division of Animal Nutrition, IVRI, Izatnagar. The candidates will not be paid any
TA/DA, and will have to make their own arrangements for stay etc. for attending the
interview.

MVSc or MSc degree in Animal
Nutrition or
Animal Science or
Biotechnology or Biochemistry
subjects with 4 years/5 years of
Bachelors degree.
Candidates
having post graduate degree in
Basic Sciences with 3 years
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years
Master’s degree should have
NET qualification.
Experience of analytical
works related to animal
nutrition; handling and
management of
ruminants, and analytical
equipments like AAS,
ELISA reader, etc.
Good
knowledge of computers
including research data
analysis.
