Applications are invited for one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) upgradable to
Senior Research project in third year in the DBT sponsored research project entitled
“Development of “Development of MOF/QD based optical sensor for determination of
phosphate in agricultural land to facilitate effective crop cultivation”, sanctioned to the
undersigned.
The duration of the project is three years. Interested candidates may appear in
Walk-in-Interview/ Online Interview (Through Google meet and the link will be shared to those
candidates whose request is received at below mentioned e-mail till 26/9/2020) along with their
detailed resume, original documents, and work experience. The interview will be held in the
Office of Chairman, Department of Bio and Nano Technology at 11:00 AM on 28-09-2020
(MONDAY).
Essential Qualifications:
Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences who have qualified NET/BET/GATE
OR
Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course (Nano Science & Technology).
Desirable: Research experience in Nanoscience and Technology.
Salary: Rs 31,000/- pm plus HRA for Ist and IInd year and Rs 35,000/- plus HRA for IIIrd
year
The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project. The performance of JRF will be
evaluated every year and extension will be given on satisfactory performance.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
