Interview for one Project Assistant
An online interview will be held on 20th January 2021 for selection of one project
assistant in a project entitled ‘Molecular genetic studies of cognitive function among
Wilson’s disease patients of India’ sanctioned by the DST-CSRI, GoI [Sanction no.-
DST/CSRI/2017/272 (G) dated 04.09.2019], under the supervision of Dr. Mainak
Sengupta, Asst. Professor AND Head, Department of Genetics, University of Calcutta.
Essential qualification required:
B.Sc. in Life Science, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Neuroscience, Genetics, Biochemistry,
Microbiology or allied subjects.
Desirable qualifications: Having hands-on experience in patient data collection and
maintenance, handling and preserving DNA, conversant with PCR and gel electrophoresis.
Fellowship: Consolidated amount of INR 20,000 p.m.
Interview platform: Online link will be provided to selected applicants via email.
