Applications are invited for the following purely temporary post in the sponsored project entitled “Functional understanding of the cytotoxicity exhibited by a signaling relevant toxic mutant of DhNik1, a fungal Hybrid histidine kinase for developing novel antifungal drug” at School of Life Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Project Assistant: 1 post

Salary: Rs.20,000/- + 24% HRA p.m.

Essential Qualifications: Candidate should have a graduation degree with one year diploma in computer application and at least five years of demonstrable experience in computer database management, strains and plasmid database, preparing project summaries, project reports, office correspondence, account statements of expenditures, reimbursements and other related office work with knowledge of office management.

The position is completely temporary and co-terminus with the project. JNU may select candidates against the post depending upon qualification and experience of candidates and reserves the right to relax any of the qualifications in case the candidate is found otherwise well qualified by the Selection Committee.
