Walk-in interview for One position of Project Associate-II under DBT funded project entitled “Feasibility of
producing cattle gonadotropins in milk of rabbit by invivo gene transfection”.
PI: Dr. Nirmalya Ganguli.
Co-PI- Dr. Subeer S. Majumdar for a period of six months.
Tenable upto: February 2022.
Eligibility: Post Graduate Degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Etc.) or Post
Graduate degree in professional courses (M. Tech in Life Sciences, M. VSc. Etc.) with 2 years of experience.
Fellowship amount: Rs. 35000/-PM+24% HRA = 43400/- PM as per the DST guidelines.
Candidate without NET/GATE will receive fellowship as per DST OM Dated 10th July 2020
(28000+24%HRA=34720/-).
Age: 35 years (Relaxation is admissible in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government
instructions).
Experience: Candidate with experience in Protein purification/ Nanoparticle development for gene delivery
(chitosan, carbon dot, etc)/ primary culture of mammalian cell/ molecular biology/ Gene cloning technique/
laboratory animal (Mice, Rabbit) handling is desirable.
