Essential Qualifications and Experiences:

Masters in Science/Engineering/Technology with 14 years research experience OR Ph.D. with 10 years research experience

Job Description

1. Proven research experience in Bio-energy with a significant contribution to R&D programs as Principal Investigator with outstanding publications in reputed journals/books

2. Team leader with excellent team work and communication skills

3. Updated knowledge on the latest technology developments in Bio-energy

4. Able to define strategic planning, goals and tactics to manage research activities of divisional projects

5.Ability to work with deadlines and budgets

6.Able to complete projects with due diligence to ensure projects meet all financial and technical requirements

7.Able to guide young scientists in research and innovation in execution of various projects

8.Innovative on creating revenue streams for the division to make it an individual profit center

9.To initiate new research areas for the division and make sure to submit good quality proposals accordingly and earn projects

10.To guide the team on technical side

11.To make sure good quality patents/publications are brought up timely from division side

12.Create the techno-economic analysis of the developed technology and design business models that could be taken for commercialization and revenue generation

13.Any other extra responsibility given by the Institute and/or Director

Remuneration: Negotiable based on qualification and experience (12.0- 14.0 lakhs CTC p.a.)
