Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/Young Professional position in CSIR Project 

Applications are invited for a position of Senior Research Fellow (SRF)/ Young Professional in the CSIR-EMR II sponsored research project entitled “Development of mungbean yellow mosaic virus resistant greengram (Vigna radiata L.) through CRISPR/Cas approach”. 

Project duration: 6 months 

Fellowship: Rs.35,000/- per month. 

Terms and Conditions as per CSIR-EMR II norms. 

Minimum Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology/life sciences or equivalent with minimum of 60% marks. 

Desirable qualifications: Minimum 2 years of post-M.Sc. research experience in genetic transformation and molecular characterization of transgenic plants preferably legumes crops evidenced by research publication(s) in peer reviewed journals.
