Applications are invited for the post of JRF in ICMR sponsored research project entitled “Identification and
characterization of miRNAs involved in idiopathic male infertility” under the supervision of Dr. Gagandeep
K. Gahlay (PI).
The application with detailed bio-data and copies of the degrees, certificates, and
testimonials should reach Dr. Gagandeep Gahlay (gagandeepgahlay@gndu.ac.in) on or before
30/12/2021.
Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Curriculum Vitae should contain
details of the experimental expertise and a list of publications.
No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview if called for.
Emolument: ₹31,000/- p.m. + HRA= ₹35,960 for 1st year. Emolument shall be applicable only if the
candidate(s) met education qualification and eligibility criteria as per DST OM dated 31.04.2019.
Qualification: Post Graduate degree (with min 55% marks) in Life Sciences. Candidate must have qualified
NET/GATE or any other National level examination.
Tenure: Initially till 31/1/2022 and is extendable on yearly basis as per ICMR rules.
