Applications are invited for the one position of Junior Research Fellow (Project) andone position Senior Research Fellow (Project) for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below: 

1. Project entitled “Nanotechnology-based Immuno-therapeutic Platform for Reprogramming of Anti-tumor Immune Network” funded by DBT.

Educational Qualifications: 

1. Senior Research Fellow: M.Sc./M.Tech degree in any area of Life Sciences/Chemical Sciences with good academic record. M.Sc. candidates should have qualified any National Level Eligibility test such as (NET/GATE etc) for applying the above position. The candidates should have two years of research experience. 
2. Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc./M.Tech degree in any area of Life Sciences/Chemical Sciences with good academic record. M.Sc. candidates should have qualified any National Level Eligibility Test such as (NET/GATE etc) for applying the above position. 

Emoluments: The selected candidates may be placed in any of the below categories depending upon qualification & experience. 
1. Senior Research Fellow (P): 35,000/- consolidated p.m. plus 24% HRA (As per DST OM dated 30.01.2019). 
2. Junior Research Fellow (P): 31,000/- consolidated p.m. plus 24% HRA (As per DST OM dated 30.01.2019). 

Job description & Desired Knowledge: 

1. Senior Research Fellow (P): The SRF will perform the experiments for synthesizing nanoparticles, bioconjugation and nanoparticle characterization, protein production, and evaluating the performance of nanoparticles using in-vitro/in-vivo Tcells activation assay. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in at least one of the following areas: the chemistry related to nanotechnology, protein expression, and purification, and conducting immunological experiments involving Flow-cytometry, animal (mice) handling (bleeding, tumor inoculation, different routes of injections). 
2. Junior Research Fellow (P): The preference will be given to candidates who have hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: Cell biology (bacterial and cell culture), protein biochemistry, and chemical synthesis of nanoparticles.
