Assistant Professor in School of Life Sciences

School of Life Sciences B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor from Indian Nationals, PIO, and OCI who are well-qualified and experienced and strongly motivated for high quality teaching, research, and innovation. 

(i) Educational Qualification:  

Ph.D in any area of Life sciences/Biological Sciences

First class or equivalent grade in UG and PG with good academic record throughout. 

Post doctoral experience from International companies/ labs/universities 

(ii) Experience: 

One to three years of post-PhD teaching/research/industry experience 

(iii) Other Requirements: 

The applicant should have

·       Experience in supervision of PhD/PG students

·       Handling of sponsored research projects and consultancy projects

·       Quality publications in good impact factor refereed journals

·       Books and/or book chapters publications

·       Experience of organizing academic and outreach activities
