A walk-in-interview will be held for appointment of 2 (two) Junior Research Fellows under a research project entitled "Studies on population diversity and role of host plant volatile cues for enhancing egg laying in temperate tasar silk moth" funded by DBT, New DeihL The positions are purely temporary, renewable after everyone year based on satisfactory performance. The project duration is three years.
Qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. in Sericulture/Entomology/Biological Sciences with NET/ GATE qualification (having experience in insect handling and field sampling is desirable)
Stipend / Fellowship: Rs. 31,0001- p.m for 1 st& 2nd year and Rs. 35,0001- p.m for 3rd year with admissible HRA for NETI GATE qualified candidates.
Interested candidates may attend the walk-in-interview scheduled to be held at RSRS, Imphal on 02nd March, 2022 (Wednesday) from 10.00 A.M onwards. Candidates are requested to produce original certificates and to submit a complete bio-data at the time of interview. No TA IDA will be paid for attending the interview.
