Advertisement for Ph.D. Positions

Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for Ph.D. positions to work in the research area of 

1. Inflammation and Cancer; 

2. Anti-Inflammatory Drug Discovery; and 

3. Inflammation and Pulmonary Fibrosis 

at MSB-Lab at Department of Bioscience and Biomedical Engineering (BSBE), Indian Institute of Technology Indore (IITI).

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Minimum first class* Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Physics, Biophysics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy with valid GATE qualification or UGC/CSIR-JRF qualification or equivalent fellowship OR

• Minimum first class* M. Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Biomedical/ Chemical/ Biotechnology/ Pharmaceutical Engineering with GATE qualification or UGC/CSIR-JRF qualification or equivalent fellowship OR

• Minimum first class* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Biomedical/ Chemical/ Biotechnology/ Pharmaceutical Engineering with valid GATE qualification or UGC/CSIR-JRF qualification or equivalent fellowship.

*First Class as defined by the University/ Institute awarding the degree.
