Walk-in interview for two Positions of Senior Research Fellow, six Positions of Young Professional-II, and four Positions of Young Professional-I under the Indo-UK collaborative project funded by DAHD, GoI (New Delhi) will be held on 11-05-2022 at 11A.M. in ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Hebbal, Bengaluru-560024 and all the positions are co- terminus with the respective projects. Candidates are required to fill application appended below for each post on or before 06-05-2022 upto 5PM. Applications received after the due date and without testimonials are liable to be rejected. Further, they are also informed that the short-listed candidates will be informed by e-mail about the walk-in interview (at IVRI, Bengaluru) on 11-05-2022 from 11 AM onwards (time schedule will be mentioned to shortlisted candidates). The details of Educational qualification, experience & remuneration are shown below. 

1 FMD Vaccine Quality Testing and Enhancing India’s Animal Vaccine Testing Capabilities 

Senior Research Fellow (02 Position) 

Master degree (MVSc/Mtech/MSc after professional degree) in relevant subject with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor’s Degree. or 
Candidates having Post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience 

Experience in molecular biology techniques/ Virological techniques including virus and seruma antibody titration. Practical experience in animal cell culture handling, ELISA, Practical knowledge in computer applications especially MS Office. 

Rs. 31000/- plus 24% HRA per month for two years and Rs 35000/- Plus 24% HRA per month from third year 

35 Years for Men and 40 years for women as on the date of Advertisement. 

3 FMD Vaccine Quality Testing and Enhancing India’s Animal Vaccine Testing Capabilities 

Young Professional – II (06 Positions) 

Postgraduates in basic science with specialization in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology subjects. OR 
Graduate degree holders in relevant sub. Agriculture science*/Technology (*Includes all Agriculture & allied sciences, Animal Science, Veterinary Sciences, etc or its equivalent) 

Experience in molecular biology methods/Virological techniques, animal cell culture, antigen purification and ELISA, Practical knowledge in computer applications especially MS Office. 

Rs.35000/- per month 

Consolidated Minimum age 21 years and Maximum age 45 years as on the date of Advertisement. 

4 FMD Vaccine Quality Testing and Enhancing India’s Animal Vaccine Testing Capabilities 

Young Professional – I (02 Position) 

Graduates in basic science/professional degree, BSc/BTech/BVSc with minimum 60% marks from recognized uni. or college and with minium 1 year experience in relevant field. Knowledge of IT applications, computer skills such as MS word/Excel/Powerpoint etc.) 

Laboratory working experience 

Rs.25000/- per month (consolidated) 

21 to 45 years with relaxation of age as per rules on the date of advertisement. 

5 Institute (Adiministration / account section) 

Young Professional – I (02 Position) 

a. B.com/BBA/BBS (with minimum 60% marks) from a recognized University/college (For accounts) b. Graduate with 60% marks in computer application/IT/Computer science/graphics (For Admin) 

a. Minimum one year of experience in relevant field. Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms and computer skills (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tellerdiamond etc. 
b. One year working experience in Office Administration especially in Establishment & other related activities, E – Office & PFMS. 

Rs.25000/- per month (consolidated) 

21 to 45 years with relaxation of age as per rules on the date of advertisement.
