Post-Doc Position

The Nano-Bio-Medicine Lab (NBM Lab) in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea is searching for a Post-Doc. The NBM Lab is led by Prof. Junghwan Oh. The lab focuses on Biomedical nanomaterial, Ultrasonic sensor, Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (SAM), Photoacoustic microscopy (PAM), electronic circuit design, mechanical design, software, and also applying AI methods to large amounts of medical / industrial data for biomedical and industrial discovery.

 Position: Post-Doc

 Research Area: Electronic circuit design, Mechanical design, Software development

 Location: Pukyong National University, Busan, South Korea

 Preferred Start Date: 01st September 2022

 Qualifications and qualities:

We seek highly motivated individuals with experience of Electronic circuit design and Software development.

The candidate must hold a PhD-degree in the field of Biomedical/ Electronics and Electrical Engineering or similar (Submission of dissertation for evaluation is not included).

The candidate should be proficient in spoken and written English.

Personal skills will be emphasized. The candidate should be able to work independently and interactively in a team setting, be motivated and responsible, and also have a great work capacity and enthusiasm for research, including writing manuscripts and preferentially also grant applications.
