Applications are invited for a purely temporary post of Research associate - I
(Post doc) under a DBT funded project for a period of 3 years.
Title: Development of BCMA based Chimeric antigenic receptor T (CAR
T) cell in Multiple myeloma.
Educational Qualifications: Ph.D in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Immunology
and allied field
Desirable qualification:
- Expertise in Antibody engineering (Molecular Cloning, Protein
purification Hybridoma/Phage display)
- Experience in Handling mice and conducting in vivo assays
- Experience in generation and propagation of lentiviral particles.
- Research experience in Molecular Immunology assays (ELISA, Flow
cytometry, Real time PCR) and Molecular Biology assays (Western
blotting, Cell culture, Protein assays etc)
The emolument for the above position will be as per DBT scale for research
associate 1
