IAV IPR/Technology Management Research Associate Vacancy

Institute of Advanced Virology (IAV) started functioning in 2020 and envisions enhancing indigenous capacity in the key areas of molecular diagnosis, therapy and prevention to combat emerging viral diseases. Institute has initiated a number of research programs with translational potential and is in the process of seeking industry collaboration to take the leads to the next level. In order to streamline and co-ordinate the activities related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and technology management of the institute, IAV seeks applications from enthusiastic and highly motivated personals with prior experience in biology and biotechnology related IPR management.

Eligibility

Essential qualification and experience	1.Master’s degree in any branch of Life Sciences 2. Diploma/certificate course in patent law/IPR 3. Five-years work experience in IPR management and technology transfer related to biology & biotechnology in a reputed research institution/ pharmaceutical company/law firm/ in-house legal department.
Desirable:	A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law or IP
