Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP), is a Dept. of Biotechnology (Govt. of India) initiative and a not for profit organization based in Bangalore. We act as an enabler of Bioscience Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship by providing Research, Development, Training and Services in State Of The Art Technology Platforms. As a part C-CAMP's mandate of promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, C-CAMP has created and fostered an entrepreneur-friendly culture in and around academic/research environment through its involvement in seed funding schemes for Startups, Entrepreneur Mentorship program and Bio-incubation facility.
Job Title: Lead, Project Management, Discovery to Innovation Accelerator (DIA), C-CAMP. (One position)
Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree in any discipline of Life-sciences, Engineering or Management
- More than 5 years of industry experience in project management in the fields of healthcare, agriculture,or environmental sciences
- Additional experience in product development, IP understanding and commercialisation is preferred
- Demonstration of successfully defining and launching of products is desirable
Roles and Responsibilities:
i) Developing and maintaining a project schedule and keeping it updated as the project progresses
ii) Reviewing all project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with translation projects
iii) Identifying and communicating changes that may affect the project’s scope or timeline
iv) Monitoring resource allocation, timelines, and other key metrics to ensure project milestones are met
v) Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication about projects
vi) Ensuring that all legal requirements are met throughout the life of the project
vii) Delivering MRD and PRD with features and justification
viii) Able to liaise with third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
ix) Should be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
The position is on a Contract basis and a consolidated salary, based on the merits (experience in similar work and qualifications) of the selected individual will be offered.
