Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the temporary position of One Project Associate-I and One Field Assistant to work in the MoES, National Centre for Coastal Research (NCCR) sponsored research project “Impact Assessment of Thermal Effluent Discharge on the Coastal Waters - A case study in Tuticorin” under the supervision of Dr. R. Arthur James, Professor and Head, Department of Marine Science, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli – 620 024 

Name of the Post Project Associate-I (one) & Field Assistant (one) 

Duration 3 Years 

Qualification 

Project Associate-I: M.Sc., in Marine Science / Marine Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Science / Earth & Environmental Science, with minimum one year experience in seawater quality analysis 

Field Assistant: M.Sc., in Marine Science / Marine Biotechnology / Microbiology / Life Science / Earth & Environmental Science 

Fellowship 

 Project Associate-I: Rs. 25,000/- per month plus 16% HRA 

 Field Assistant: Rs. 18,000/- per month plus 16% HRA
