VACANCY NOTICE

Applications are urgently invited for a purely temporary post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under DST- funded project.

Title: “Mechanistic analysis of tRNA-derived RNA fragments in DENV (Dengue Virus) pathogenesis”

Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - One

Educational Qualifications:

M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Bioinformatics

Candidate should have qualified NET/GATE 

Desirable qualification:

1-   Experience in Molecular Biology techniques specifically DNA cloning, Mammalian cell culture and Protein purification work etc.

2-   Experience in bioinformatics specifically analysis of RNA sequencing data
