A walk-in interview will be held at 11.00 hrs on 19/01/24 in the committee hall of Nagpur Veterinary
College, Nagpur for the following temporary posts under the National Livestock Mission Project on
"Centre for Food Safety and Quality Evaluation of Foods of Animal Origin" funded by the Ministry of
Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying,
GoI, New Delhi, implemented at Department of Veterinary Public Health & Epidemiology, Nagpur
Veterinary College, Nagpur.
The posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and involve fieldwork as well as
laboratory work. The candidate should report with the application in the given format with their Original
Certificates/Testimonials and also one set of Xerox copies of the documents.

Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process
described through any one of the following
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Test- CSIR-UGC,
NET, including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by
Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such
as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc,
IISER, etc.
Desirable
Qualification
Having additional research/work experience and training in HPLC operations,
microbial sampling, processing, isolation, cell culture studies, molecular
techniques. Knowledge of computer Applications and data management.
Good Documentation and Communication Skills.
Upper age limit Maximum 35 years on the day of Interview (Relaxation as per GOI/ICAR rules)

Rs. 31,000/- plus 18% HRA = Rs.36580/- per month
