Online interview
Applications are invited to attend Online Interview in ICAR-IRRI funded project code.12-260 at the
Division of Genetics, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi-12, as mentioned below. The posts are purely on a
contractual basis.
The eligible candidates are requested to send their application in the enclosed proforma along with a selfattested scanned copy of the original documents to the mail id rice.geniari@gmail.com by 25/04/2024.
After screening the applications, only the eligible candidates will be informed about the details of the
online interview (Date and Time) by email which will be conducted tentatively on 29/04/2024. Original
documents will be verified at the time of appointment. If the candidate is found to have submitted false
claims, their candidature will be summarily rejected.

Essential: Master's degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Genetics
and Plant Breeding/Biotechnology/Life Sciences with 4/5 years of
Bachelor's Degree. At least two years of experience research
experience in Academic Institutions or Science and Technology
Organisations
Candidates having a graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years
of Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Master's degree should have
NET/GATE qualifications. (As per ICAR Office memorandum
(O.M) No. SR/S9/Z08/2018 dated 30-01-2019 and 6/27/2014-
HRD, Dated 30th July, 2019)
Desirable: Experience in molecular markers, field phenotyping,
and handling rice crop.
