Job Profile/ Nature To work in the centre for
laboratory animal research
(CLAR) Animal House,
carrying out routine
activities of CLAR,
planning and monitoring
routine work of lab animal
house, breeding, care and
management of lab animals,
executing lab work of
different research projects,
preparing purchase
proposals, maintaining
instruments, files, registers,
manpower management,
any other work assigned by
Officer Incharge, CLAR
from time to time.
Essential Qualifications:
Post graduate or Graduate in any branch of
biological sciences like Veterinary Sciences,
Agriculture Sciences, Life sciences, Botany,
Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or
equivalent from any Government Recognized
University.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience: Work experience in lab
animals or any other laboratory.
2. Experience in reagent preparation,
biochemical estimations, molecular
work etc
3. Proficient in MS office using
computers like MS word, MS power
point, MS excel etc
4. Proficient in communication skills
using English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil
or any other regional languages.
