| Desirable qualification | Candidate should have experience in conventional bacteriological techniques for the isolation and characterization of pathogens, molecular techniques and bioinformatics skills for NGS data analysis |
| Duration | The project is for 6 months and extension is based on review of the performance. The position is co-terminus with the project. |
