APPOINTMENT IS PURELY ON TEMPORARY BASIS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2024-25 ONLY
Duties and Responsibilities: The Guest Faculty shall (i) handle classes for the courses assigned (ii) conduct practical classes (iii) oversee the academic performance and activities of the students in the Class and Labs (iv) attend academic, administrative, exam related works, field visits and other academic works assigned by the Principal (I/c)/ HOD (I/c) (v) Should be present in the College on all working days from 8.45 AM to 5.00 PM. The monthly remuneration shall be calculated and paid on fulfillment of all the above conditions only.
Remuneration: Honorarium of Rs.1,500/- per lecture (subject to a maximum of Rs.50,000/-per month.
Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in relevant subject with a Minimum of 55% of Marks and UGC-NET or Ph.D. in the respective discipline / area of Specialization. Candidates having teaching experience and orientation to Community Colleges will be preferred.
Candidates are required to bring all the original certificates and be present on the date of walk in interview at least one hour before the time prescribed for each discipline for verification of all original certificates and to complete other formalities. Soft copies of their academic CV, scanned copy of Certificates of Educational Qualifications (UG to Ph.D. Degree), Community Certificate, Copy of Publications (Books, Articles and Conference Proceedings), Awards, Projects, Experience Certificates, Testimonials and Passport Size Photograph may be sent two days before the date of the interview to the respective Heads of the Department to their email id given above and also a copy be marked to the Principal email id: pucc.pdy@gmail.com. Candidates will need to produce one set of self attested Photostat copies of the above at the time of interview. Selected candidates may be expected to join duty immediately.
