INTERVIEW NOTICE
A Walk-in-interview will be held for recruitment of contractual and temporary post Young Professional-II (1 No.) in ICAR-Indian Institute of Soybean research, Khandwa Road, Indore in the NASF funded project entitled “Marker Assisted stacking of yellow mosaic disease resistance, null Kunitz trypsin inhibitor, null lipoxygenase-2 genes, and broadening the genetic base of soybean” on 21.10.2024.

NASF funded project entitled “Marker Assisted stacking of yellow mosaic disease resistance, null Kunitz trypsin inhibitor, null lipoxygenase-2 genes, and broadening the genetic base of soybean”.
Name of P.I./Nodal Officer: Dr. Vineet Kumar, Principal Scientist (Biochemistry)
Duration : Initial engagement of YPs will be upto 31st July 2025, or till the termination of the project subject to requirement of the project and satisfactory performance.
Essential qualification Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology/ Plant Biotechnology/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Biochemistry / Biochemistry (Plant sciences) Genetics/Plant Breeding/ Genetics / Botany. OR Graduate degree in Agricultural Sciences.
Desirable qualification Minimum one-year research experience in molecular markers and marker-assisted plant breeding/Experience of hybridization in soybean; experience in conduction of field trials, data recording, data entry in excel/word in computer; report compilation; experience in germplasm characterization and evaluation
Emoluments Rs. 42000/- per month (Consolidated).
