Please refer to our advertisement in 07 December, 2024-13 December, 2024 vide EN No. 36/79, applications are invited to attend the online Interview for temporary position in the DBT funded project in the Division of Plant Physiology, ICAR-IARI, New Delhi-12. The post is purely on contractual basis. The eligible candidates are requested to send their biodata in the enclosed Proforma along with self-attested scanned copy of the original documents to the e-mail address below latest by 14 December, 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the details of online interview (Date and Time) by email. Original documents will be verified at the time of appointment. If any candidate is found to have submitted false claims at later stage, their candidature will be summarily rejected.

Project Associate I 

Project 1: DBT-Networking project “Germplasm Characterization and Trait Discovery in Wheat using Genomics Approaches and its Integration for Improving Climate Resilience, Productivity and Nutritional quality” 

Project completion in February, 2025 

Rs. 31,000/- plus 24% HRA p.m. for NET/GATE or any National Level Exams conducted by Central Govt Dept. 
• Rs. 25,000/- plus 24% HRA p.m. for others without above qualification 

Essential: 1st class Master’s degree in Agricultural Science (Plant or Crop Physiology), Biotechnology, Botany (Plant Physiology), Plant biology, Genetics, Plant breeding, Molecular biology. 

Desirable: Experience of working with field crops, bioinformatics, genome wide analysis and basic molecular techniques
