integration to identify Leptospira
diversity, biomarkers, and risk
factors.
Ensure quality control and
standardization of sample collection,
processing, and analysis.
Lead bioinformatics workflows for
genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic,
and metabolomic analysis.
Coordinate animal model
experiments (hamsters and mice)
with adherence to ethical standards.
Collaborate with veterinarians,
epidemiologists, and public health
authorities for real-world
applications.
