ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANT FOR PREPARING FEASIBILITY REPORT, ETC. FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF PROPOSED-BRIC BIOE3 INNOVATION PARK (BIO-MED & BIOPROCESS) AT NCR-BIOTECH CLUSTER 

Under Bio-E3 policy, DBT intends to set up Bio-Med & Bioprocessing Units at NCR Biotech Cluster at Faridabad. For this purpose, we invite EOI for engagement of consultant for the following: 

(i) Preparing preliminary feasibility report with tentative estimates. 

(ii) Draft ‘In-principle Approval’ note and 

(iii) Preparing a preliminary estimate for the scheme 

The Centre invites applications from Companies/Societies/Individuals of relevant field for engagement as Consultant. The terms & conditions are as under:- 

1 Consultant (Bio-Med & Bio-Process) 

Consolidated Fee: Negotiable - to be quoted by the applicant. 

A. In case of Individuals: 

Essential Qualification and Experience: 

A First class Graduate in Science from a reputed Institute with significant work experience for formulation and finalization of context-specific, comprehensive Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) in the field of Bio-medical or Bioprocessing or related fields. Candidate should have an experience of at least 10 years in the relevant field. 

 Age limit: 65 Years 

B. In case of Companies/ Societies/ other registered bodies: 

 Should have minimum of five years of experience for formulation and finalization of contextspecific, comprehensive Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) in the field of Bio-medical or Bioprocessing or related fields.

Applications received through any other mode will not be accepted. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. The engagement will be for one time only on Turnkey Basis and does not guarantee any future engagement. The work may also be considered on Retainership Basis as per decision of the management. 

2. The Consultancy Fee shall be paid on completion and submission of report as mentioned in the advertisement. 

3. The contract may be terminated by either party by giving seven days advance notice in writing. 

4. The selection shall be based upon the Interview / Interaction with the applicants by a duly appointed Committee. 

5. The applications received without the requisite Consultancy Fee quotation will not be considered 

6. The contract is for consultancy services and will not, in any case, be considered as an employment contract with the Centre. 

7. The Interview / Interaction may be conducted through online/VC mode. The Selection Committee will have the right to conduct multiple rounds of interaction. 

8. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification. 

9. Mere fulfilment of the minimum prescribed qualification and experience will not vest any right on an applicant for being called for the selection process. Only the applicants shortlisted by a duly constituted Committee will be called. The decision of the Centre in this regard will be final. No interim inquiries in this regard will be entertained. 

10. The Centre has the right to withdraw this advertisement at any time and reserves the right to accept or reject any/ all the application(s) without assigning any reason thereof. 

11. Non-receipt of email will not be the responsibility of the Centre. 

12. Any dispute arising out of this advertisement including the selection process shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Faridabad/Delhi. 

13. Applicants canvassing/giving incorrect information/violating norms in any kind, detected at any stage, before or after the selection will be disqualified with immediate/retrospective effect, as the case may be. 

14. The decisions of the Competent Authority will be final and binding in all cases. 

15. Last date for submission of application is 05.06.2025.
