Applications are invited on a contractual basis for the following posts under the project "Influence of Vitamin D-Binding Protein Gene Polymorphisms on Urinary Microbiome-Metabolome Profiles of Children with Congenital Uropathies Prone to Urinary Tract Infections" funded by ICMR in the Department of Pediatric Surgery, AIIMS, New Delhi. 

Scientist Research Project

First Class MSc (Life Sciences or equivalent) from a recognized university, including the integrated PG degrees OR Second Class MSc (Life Sciences or equivalent) from a recognized university, including the integrated PG degrees with PhD 

Desirable Qualification: 

-Hands-on-experience in genetic and molecular techniques 
-Capability and experience of handling microbiome data 
-Knowledge and proficiency in programming languages 
-Multi-tasking personality (ability to work on multiple data sets) 
-Good manuscript writing skills

Tenure Monthly Age Limit Rs Emoluments 56,000 + HRA (As per ICMR guidelines) 35 years (As per norms) ICMR The initial appointment will be for three months subsequently) (extendable -Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview/virtual interview.
