Applications are invited for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in a research project funded by
ANRF to be carried out at the Department of Biotechnology, IIT Hyderabad.

a) Rs. 37,000 + HRA as applicable for scholars selected
through GATE/ CSIR-UGC NET or any other Nationallevel examination conducted by Central Govt.
Departments and their agencies and Institutions.
b) Rs. 31,000 + HRA as applicable for scholars who do not
fall under (a) selection category
8 Minimum eligibility
requirements
MTech in any area of Life Sciences/Biotechnology, MSc degree
in any allied area of Life Sciences/Biotechnology,
BTech/BPharm/BE (4-years degree programme) in any allied
area of Life Sciences/Biotechnology, BVSc, MBBS, with
minimum 60% marks.
Note: Degree should have been awarded
9 Desirable
qualifications
Experience in molecular cloning, working with model organisms
such as yeast and/or Drosophila
10 Age limit 28 Years
[Age limit is relaxed as per norms in the case of candidates
belonging to SC/ST/OBC, women and physically handicapped
candidates.]
