Employment Notice for Walk-In-interview
Director, ICAR - National Bureau of Agricultural Insect Resources, Bengaluru intends to
engage a Young Professional-II (2 No) and Field/Lab assistant (1 No.) under the project
AINP on EP: Non-pesticidal approaches for the management of fall armyworm
(Spodoptera frugiperda (J. E. Smith) and their adoption in containing the pest spread in
India purely on contractual basis in a time bound manner. The details of the positions are

Essential: Postgraduates in
Agricultural Entomology/
/Zoology
Desirable:
Knowledge in insect
rearing/insect bioassays/ field
bio efficacy studies/ insect
chemical ecology aspects
undertaking large scale field
trials/ statistical tools and data
analysis etc
