Eligible candidates are requested to walk in interview for Project Associate I (PA-I) under the
project entitled "Enhancing drought and heat stress resilience in direct-seeded rice through
root and stomatal trait- based genomic approaches" funded by Anusandhan National
Research Foundation (ANRF) under the Advanced Research Grant (ARG) Programme in
College of Agriculture, CAU(I), Kyrdemkulai, Meghalaya on 30 April 2026 at 10.30 am with
a copy of detailed CV, Photograph, Cover letter clearly mentioning the post applied for and
original documents for verification, for the following post. The post is temporary in nature
and co-terminus with the project. No TA/DA and staying arrangement shall be provided for
attending the interview.
Dean shall reserve the right to cancel/postpone the interview without
assigning any reason thereof.

Botany/Genetics and Plant Breeding
2. Desirable:
1. Minimum experience in physiological, biochemical
and molecular analysis
2. Good Communication skill, better writing skill along
with competency in MS applications including word,
Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Experience in collecting, compiling and analysis
primary and secondary data and writing of report.
4. Two wheeler is must.
