Eligibility (Summary):
Candidates with Master’s degree in relevant Science disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Biosciences, etc.), B.Tech./M.Tech. (with Mathematics at 12th level for Biological Engineering), MBBS, or equivalent qualifications can apply.
- Minimum 60% marks / 6.0 CGPA (General/OBC/EWS)
- 55% marks / 5.5 CGPA (SC/ST/PwD)
- Valid GATE/NET or equivalent national level test score is generally required (with exemptions for high CGPA from CFTIs/IITs and certain categories).
Final-year students expecting to complete their degree before registration can also apply provisionally.
Selection Process: Shortlisting followed by Written Test and/or Interview. Exact dates will be announced by the department.
