Director, ICAR - National Bureau of Agricultural Insect Resources, Bengaluru intends to
engage a Young Professional-II (2 No) under the Bioseed Research India Pvt Ltd. contractual
project "Performance of a Novel Cry Toxin (BioCotX24A1) in Single and Stacked Bt Cotton
Backgrounds against Susceptible and Resistant Bollworm Populations", purely on contractual
basis in a time bound manner. The details of the position is as under: -

Qualifications
The
incumbent
will not be
eligible for
any other
allowances
Essential: Postgraduates in any
relevant life science disciplines
or graduate degree holders in
relevant subject of Agricultural
Sciences.
Desirable:
Hands-on experience in insect
bioassays, resistance monitoring
studics, molecular biology
techniques, transgenic event
characterization and segregation
analysis, biochemical assays,
statistical/probit analysis, and
interpretation of experimental
data.
