description
· Demonstrated experience in the analysis and interpretation of multi-omics
datasets, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, with
applications in microbiology, infectious diseases, or related areas of life
sciences.
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments and programming
in R and Python for biological data analysis and visualization.
· Experience in developing and implementing reproducible bioinformatics
workflows using tools such as Snakemake, Nextflow, and Docker. Prior
experience working on High-Performance Computing (HPC) clusters for
large-scale omics data analysis.
· Publication record in bioinformatics, computational biology, microbial
genomics, infectious diseases, or related life science disciplines is
desirable. An active GitHub profile demonstrating well-documented
scripts, reproducible analysis workflows, or software tools relevant to
microbial genomics, multi-omics analysis, or Mycobacterium
tuberculosis research will be considered an added advantage.
