: Comparison between static and perfusion-based microfluidic
devices for the development of spheroid-based model of breast cancer using primary cells.

Masters in Biotechnology or equivalent qualification
Candidate should have extensive cell culture experience.
Candidates having experience in organoid development using primary cells and/or microfluidic
devices will be preferred.
Remuneration/Salary : Rs. 53,000 per month (Consolidated)
Duration : Initial Appointment for 6 Months and can be extended based
on performance and fund availability.
Job Description : The candidate will work on development of patient derived
organoids of breast cancer using static and microfluidic devices and compare their performance
assessing therapies against breast cancer.

The selection of the candidate will be carried out through Online/Physical interview. If
we receive a large number of applications, scrutiny for shortlisting of candidates for interview
will be done. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview in online/offline mode.
The candidate may be admitted for PhD program at ICT Mumbai subjected to the admission
criteria of Institute.
