B.Tech / B.E – Biotechnology, B.Sc / M.Sc Biotechnology
Experience: 2–4 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Stocks and working buffer preparations and maintenance.
Purification of recombinant products by chromatography techniques such as FPLC, IEX, IMAC and preparative HPLC.
Carry out ultrafiltration and diafiltration techniques using different molecular weight cut-off cassettes. Analysis of in-process and finished product samples using HPLC.
Maintaining the instruments and equipment.
Data management, report preparation and lab notebook maintenance.
