Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the positions of Project Technical Support to
work in the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) - IIRPSG sponsored research project entitled
“Evaluation of antimicrobial peptides Epinecidin-1 and its variants efficacy against neonatal sepsis in
vitro and in vivo”
Name of the Position : Project Technical Support - I (1)
Qualification : As per ICMR norms
Fellowship : Rs. 18,000 + 10% HRA/- p.m.
Duration : 1 year + extendable to additional 1 year
Age Limit : As per ICMR norms

Candidates with M. Sc degree in any branch of Life Sciences and experience in handling laboratory
animals and microbial pathogens will be preferred. The selected candidates should apply for the regular
Ph.D. program in Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli-620 024.
Eligible and interested candidates are invited to attend the Walk-in-Interview in person on
18.09.2026, along with the duly filled application in the prescribed format with original certificates and
one set of self-attested photocopies of all mark statements & academic credentials, at the following
venue: Department of Marine Biotechnology, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli-620 024.
