Duration of the Position 2 years
Fellowship / Monthly Compensation Rs. 37,000 + 24% HRA per month for Jr. Research Fellow, Rs. 20,000/-pm (fixed) for Research Assistant.
Qualification JRF: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in Biological Sciences including Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Life Sciences and must qualify CSIR-UGC NET/GATE.
Candidates with experience in diatom isolation, ecological study, and cultivation is recommended. Research Assistant: Graduate degree in Biological Sciences or Allied subjects from a recognized University.
Age Limit Must not be over 28 years for JRF position and 25 years for Research Assistant as on 1 July 2026. Relaxation in age as per government norms.
