IITM Bioassays Project Opening

Applications are invited for the temporary post of Project Technical Support-III, Department of Medical Sciences and Technology (MST), IIT Madras. Co-ordinator: Prof. Narayanan Madaboosi Srinivasan, MST, IIT Madras. 

Duration: Initially for one year, later extendable based on the performance. 

Number of Vacancies: 01 

Job Description: 

• Benchwork for bioassays and biomolecular interactions. 

• Purification and characterization of biomolecules for assay quantification. 

• Automated DNA extraction for NAATs. 

• Data entry and associated project-related activities. 

• Experience in biomolecules and biomedical technologies. 

• Project Technical Support-III for the ICMR-sponsored project titled “ICMR Centre for Advanced Research – ICMR-NIRT CCR for Tuberculosis Diagnostics & Therapeutics”
