Essential: Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences/Biotechnology or related disciplines. with training relevant to
molecular biotogy. biochemistry, biotechnology. bioinformatics or computational biology.
Desirable : Research experience in structural biochemistry and computational biology including protein
modelling. molecular docking. molecular dynamics simulations (MDS). bioinformatics and genolric data
analysis. Familiariry with microbiological tecluriques. bacterial culture. sequence analysis and BLAST.
Experience with molecular visualization and analysis tools such as PyMOL, GROMACS. LigPlot. RasMol. attd
related scientific softrrare.
Experience in Python. AI/ML and LLMs along rvilh exposure to Protein structure/function analysis and interdisciplinary research workflows will be advantageous.
